Cignify's patented merchant application, TimeCap, is a fully integrated, self-set up, electronic labor software module designed exclusively for workforce management processing on multi-application payment terminals. From a stand-alone electronic payment device (collectively point-of-sale (POS) devices), or web browser, the system allows merchants to collect, reconcile, process, track and report labor resource information electronically from a business location. Based upon the end-user's configuration, the electronic recording of employee time records includes receiving identifying information from an employee at a POS device; recording clock in data for the employee; recording clock out data for the employee; using the clock in and the clock out data to produce a time record for the employee; and transmitting the time record to a host system via a communication network; and by request, printing an employee's time record from the POS device. Through Cignify's embedded software application and intermediate host servers, the TimeCap application facilitates anywhere, anytime accessibility, reconciliation and reporting via the Internet or a stand-alone POS device. We maintain the back-end systems for you and keep your data available for seven years. Appropriate security permissions allow individuals to review employee time records and create reports, adjust time records, or otherwise manipulate time and attendance information entered at the POS device. Payroll...No Problem TimeCap was designed with the end user in mind. Seamless interfaces have already been designed and implemented for ADP®, Paychex®, QuickBooks® and a CSV output file. Numerous other interfaces are available depending upon the merchant's configuration.
